Welcome to Dave Maylone State Farm in beautiful downtown Columbus, WI! In addition to Columbus, our office serves Fall River, Sun Prairie, Beaver Dam, Randolph, Watertown, Marshall, Waterloo, and the states of Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. We also focus on relocations to the Greater Madison Area. Our office takes pride in serving the community. We are a member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, I am on the Columbus Area Endowment Board, the Columbus 4th of July Committee, and a sponsor of Columbus Little League.

I've been happily married to my wife Audrey since 2013 and we have a son named Niklaus and a mastiff/pitbull named Hank. In my free time, you'll find me doing something golf or hockey related. I started with State Farm in 2011 and opened my agency in 2018. Our office in Columbus, WI has over 45 years of auto insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, and life insurance experience. We have qualified for State Farm's Honor Club, Ambassador Club, and Top 100 New Agency. We are dedicated to providing superior customer service in every interaction.
