Welcome to Dave Maylone State Farm in beautiful downtown Columbus, WI. Our office proudly serves Columbus along with Fall River, Sun Prairie, Beaver Dam, Randolph, Watertown, Marshall, Waterloo, and customers across Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. We also work closely with individuals and families relocating to the Greater Madison Area, helping make insurance one less thing to worry about during a move. Being part of this community matters to us. We’re active members of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, I serve on the Columbus Area Endowment Board and the Columbus 4th of July Committee, and we’re proud sponsors of Columbus Little League. A little about me personally. I’ve been happily married to my wife, Audrey, since 2013, and we have a son named Niklaus and a mastiff‐pitbull named Hank. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me doing something golf or hockey related. I started my career with State Farm in 2011 and opened my agency right here in Columbus in 2018. Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience in Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, and Life Insurance, and we’re proud to have earned recognition through State Farm’s Honor Club, Ambassador Club, and Top 100 New Agency. Every interaction is rooted in providing strong coverage options and outstanding customer service. We truly enjoy being your local insurance resource.
